Northbound Supplies accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. To start a return, contact us first at support@northboundsupplies.com. Do not send any item back before your return request is approved.
Return Condition
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free for approved returns.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@northboundsupplies.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Defective Returns
We accept returns for non-defective items within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items returned without approval from our support team
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Label
If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email. Simply download and print the label, attach it to your return package, and send it back using the provided instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, size, color, or style, please return the eligible item first. Once your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the normal return process.
