Transit time is 4-5 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Handling time is 1-3 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time will be 5.00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (New York).

We use UPS,USPS and Shipping to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don’t offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.support@northboundsupplies.com

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. support@northboundsupplies.com

 

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.

 

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit
